The hike starts at the Kristbergbahn mountain station and leads up to the Kristberg saddle. You pass the Silbertal forest school and Hugelsee and the trail climbs another steep ascent up to Ganzaleita. Shortly after you reach the first viewpoint. Partly along the ridge you reach the Falle, the second viewpoint. Over the narrow hiking trail you reach Alpe Latons after about 1 3/4 hours. Once at Alpe Latons, the alpine pasture invites you to take a break. After a refreshment, it goes uphill again to Alplegi. You reach Alplegi in 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Rellseck, the inn invites you to a longer rest. If you do not want to stop there, you can relax in the meadow and let your gaze wander. You can enjoy a fantastic view over the Walgau valley with Bludenz, Bürs, Nüziders. The descent goes via Linda and after 45 minutes you reach the Bartholomäberg church.
