Technically challenging and varied - with crisp climbs, rooty trails and fantastic views. The perfect competition for trail runners who want to aim high but don't want to run the full marathon distance.

Top sporting performance and pure nature at the 22nd edition

On Saturday, June 21, 2025, the 22nd edition of the Raiffeisen Montafon Arlberg Marathon took place in glorious weather - with around 900 motivated runners, hiking enthusiasts and young talents.

The cross-border route through the Verwall Natura 2000 area once again offered everything that makes the hearts of mountain sports fans beat faster: a unique natural landscape, challenging trails and a great atmosphere along the entire route - from Tyrol to Vorarlberg.
