Arriving by train
Get on board and switch off: Start your vacation on the road
Use the journey time to get in the mood for your vacation, save yourself the trouble of looking for a parking space and the additional costs of traveling by car. Trains run every half hour from Bludenz to and from the Montafon (hourly in the evening). The best way to find suitable connections from your home town is to use your country's route planner. In Austria, you can find timetables and tickets on the ÖBB.

The Montafon has a well-developed bus network. Landbus Montafon
The Landbus Montafon is an efficient transport system in the Montafon that transports you quickly and safely within the valley. You can also find the bus connections in the valley in the cleVVVer mobile timetable app.

Night express
The Montafon night express takes night owls - or anyone who likes to stay out late - from Schruns station to the communities of St. Gallenkirch and Gaschurn. The N6 line operates in both directions.

Reliable travel in the Montafon
Travel for people with reduced mobility by bus and train in the Montafon is possible for the most part. Please register in advance at Schruns train station so that sufficient space can be provided on the bus and train (T. +43 5556 9000 800). There are both underfloor and overfloor buses. The trains are equipped with different facilities.
