What's behind it all: An employer brand for the Montafon
Launched as the Montafon employer brand, the Top Jobs Vorarlberg 2023 seal of approval was further developed as part of the Tourism Strategy 2030 to certify outstanding employers in Vorarlberg tourism.
Initiated by Kleinwalsertal Tourismus, Vorarlberg Tourismus, the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce, Gastronomy and Hotel Industry Section and us, Montafon Tourismus, the award aims to attract qualified specialists and strengthen trust in employers.
The seal of qualityoffers numerous advantages: It improves talent recruitment, increases employee loyalty and creates a clear competitive advantage. It also promotes a positive corporate culture and strengthens the long-term competitiveness of companies and the region. This initiative shows that working conditions in tourism have improved significantly and helps to promote the image of tourism in Vorarlberg in the long term.
As the initiator and pilot region, we are proud to already have a number of companies on board.
