The culinary way to explore the Montafon.
Three courses await you on this enjoyable round tour - spread over some of the most beautiful places in the valley. After the start, it's off to Alpe Nova for the starter, on to Nova Stoba at 2,000 meters above sea level for the main course and finally dessert at Vermalawirt. An invitation to explore the unique mountain world in culinary terms - with a view, regionality and taste.

Appetizer
To kick off the gourmet round, Andrea and Andreas will treat you to a real Montafon specialty - marinated "Sura Kees" straight from Alpe Nova.
Alternatively, if it gets chilly outside, a homemade cheese soup will keep you warm and cozy.
And as a special highlight, son Roman plays his Styrian accordion while you enjoy the regional delicacies.
Main course
The second stop on the gourmet tour at Nova Stoba is all about pasta - a real highlight for anyone who loves pasta.
The chef conjures up two delicious pasta dishes, one of which is even homemade.
Let yourself be surprised and enjoy the finest alpine pasta creations in a unique mountain setting.
Dessert
The sweet finale awaits you at the third stop on your culinary tour of the Montafon.
The Vermalawirt team will spoil you with heavenly desserts - from fluffy Kaiserschmarrn to a refreshing blueberry sundae and classic apple strudel with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

General information for participants
The e-mountain bike pleasure tour is accompanied by mountain bike guides.
You need: Your e-mountain bike, helmet, good shoes and, if necessary, a rucksack with water bottle, change of shirt, sun protection, rain jacket and anti-theft device (bike lock). A battery capacity of 625 Wh or more is recommended. If you wish, you can take a spare battery or charger with you.
